是因為今天的早起(還吃了一頓不錯的早餐)
早上也做了一些應該要做的事
希望能保持下去
不過不管我早起或晚起都還是一樣頗想睡覺的

關於時間計畫...前幾天看到一篇文
建議把時間表以15分鐘為單位,的確對我頗有用的

昨天去玩飛盤結束之後有人問我平常有沒有在work out,weight lifting的那種
我說沒,
他說:
you should, it's really good for your health, especially ultimate health.
然後我問他, do you lift weight?
He said, "yes, it is dangerous not to."

I found that interesting, but it totally makes sense after a few seconds time as I thought of moments when I am in the air and how dangerous would that be if I am not strong enough to withhold the stroke from...people's push or layout either intendedly or not.
Which happens fairly often, I never got knocked out...or not much because I often tried to avoid such situation.
For that I lost lots of opportunities to catch the flowing disk.

Therefore, I will spend more time working on my upper body strength.

後記:
隔天和Goose去work out for an hour,
and he showed me many ways to strengthen my biceps and triceps, my back muscles and shoulders, and my neck muscles.
因為玩到很competitive地時候lay out出去是常有的事
very likely that you will land on your arm or your chest,
so if your muscles are not strong enough, then it's really easy to get injury.
最後他說,
there's no secret to be a great player,
you just keep training,
it's hard to not be good,
So just keep doing it,
at least 5,6 times a week,
and by the end of the summer you will gain at least 15 pounds and be ready to go
