We lost at the second game we played today...
We are down 8:2 at the first half.
Then we score three points in a row, 8-5
then both sides start to score but we were leading for the second half, but we were still down by a lot.
the closest was 12 to 9. then ...14-12
Even tho we lost at the end, I am really really proud of my team.
As stupca said, we are not just teammates to each other, we are family.
Wordless but also speechless...
I will rewrite this after I am done with my research paper...
It's so disappointing that we lost...
I haven't been so loud on the sideline for so so long!
Now I totally understand what jako told me when I said that I don't really care about the game so much now
"if you have been to the regional last year, you will know how much we want this!"
Even though the season is trully over for all of us now...
good luck for those who are going to the nationals, we will be back next year! ============================================================================================= I read through many post on my google ultimate group...and now I realize how much it suck to have this game become the last game of the college ultimate for some of vet... My coach Stupca said that he has never seen a team play such great defense as we did on the second half. We were expected to win the regional. Not until today, did I realize what the purpose of all the work we have done. We have train so hard through the entire year, the cross fit, suicide, all the work out we have done... I know all these is not going to a waste, most of the people are still coming next year, even though we lost 3 of the best handlers on the team...but I'm sure someone will take the space for us. Even now, I can still recall the memory watching the game on the side line and yell out loud with the cheer, I-L-L, I-N-I, on the sideline. I can totally understand what "There's no any other place and no any other time I would rather be beside right here, right now." mean now. ============================================================================================= We will be there next year. I'm certain about that.
