There are things that won't change even when time goes on. Sometimes I have to admit that I have changed a lot.
I met friends, Tiernan and Sahil on the third day of my Taipei trip. I was so excited to see them.
I slept on my high school friends' dormitory last night and didn't actually saw them till the next morning. Fatsheep gave me
a smile card; I like it so much. It says that whenever you see this card that you know there's someone out there is smiling thinking about you.
I remember once he told me that as we are aging, the chance we see each other is getting less and less. I told him, "that's life".
"but we should be able to work it out," he responded. This phrase has stuck in my head ever since, but even now we are still trying.
We don't even talk occasionally when we see each other's screen name showing on the msn.
After saying good-bye in person to four good friends of mine in NTU, I went on my way to Tian-Mu Middle school to get my racquet.
I was glad not seeing Beryl's mom since I am still not confident on talking to someone I don't know well. She is extremely nice tho,
I should visit her next time on my Taipei trip regardless if beryl is back or not.
Tiernan and Sahil, the two best friends of mine, are in TSA. I didn't know them two for long and we stick around all the time the whole summer.
It happened to be that I was trying to step out from Taiwanese group and speak more English. Tiernan and Sahil always have some cool ideas and it's funny to be around them since they
cannot stop laughing and always entertain the others. :)
Friendships won't fade, I trully hope so. I know it's hard when there's not much common topic to talk about due to the one's absence in the other's daily life.
But somehow there's something that still binds friends together. I don't miss them as much now, as I always said, it happened to me right after I said good-bye to my friends; writing this article actually makes me miss them even more.
Hopefully what fatsheep said is right, and hopefully I can actually make the goal we were always talking about so when I see tiernan and sahil they will say somethng different.
:)

P.S. Susan, I think you are right that blogs is something that you keep not only for yourself but also for friends.
I used to think that I am dare to write anything, but it turned out to be a "no".
